Trainings for Professionals
The workshop is not especially a technical one though warm-up gives an insight to Frenak’s technical parameters. The organic movement culture is combined to the horizontal and vertical one.
The aim of the workshop is that each participant liberates his own creativity through the expression of his very self. The choreographer points out the most personal achievements of the participant and cuts useless movements and exaggerated expresses so that the form of expression reflects clearly the inner contents, since emerging instinctive gestures should be in line with these latter.
The result of this work is self-awareness, self-consciousness without staying on a rational ground.
Workshops for children and people living with disabilities
By having worked with severely disabled children in the hospital of Amiens for several years, Pal Frenak has created an exceptional developing method with which he has been able to improve the physical and mental condition of autistic, mentally or physically disabled children.
His organic routine is the result of years of training and learning, thanks to which he was capable of motivating and involving those underprivileged children, who were deeply unmotivated and on the periphery of the society.
Pal, having been raised by disabled parents, has a most valuable insight of what it means to be rejected and overlooked, lacking opportunities and visibility, while living with the stigma of being different. He uses his experience to actively educate the ‘fully able-bodied’ and even more actively teach and involve the disabled. His unique approach involves seeking the opportunity in every capability, characteristic or condition.
